Inside The Quiet
Inside The Quiet. Blocking the noise out or whatever…
about
-
You ever notice how the world only gets loud when you’re trying to breathe?
Like the moment you sit still, everything you’ve been avoiding suddenly pulls up a chair like,
“hey, remember me?”
Yeah.
Inside the quiet… that’s where all the real noise lives.
People act like healing is some cinematic montage.
Candles burning, yoga mats rolled out, soft lo-fi playing in the background.
Nah. Healing is you, sitting alone, phone face-down, staring at a ceiling that hasn’t blinked once.
It’s you replaying the same memory you swore you were done with.
It’s you arguing with your thoughts like they owe you rent.
Sometimes the quiet is the only place you can hear yourself.
And sometimes what you hear sounds like someone you haven’t met yet —
someone softer, someone heavier with truth,
someone trying even if they don’t admit it out loud.
The truth is:
You don’t “fix” yourself.
You just learn to stop running from the parts you keep tripping over.
Every once in a while, you catch a moment of calm that feels like a sign.
A glitch in the static.
A reminder that you’re not broken, you’re just… updating.
Inside the quiet, things grow back.
Slow.
Uneven.
But real.
Healing or whatever.
Let it be messy.
Let it be yours.

Inside The Quiet. Block out the noise or whatever That means…
Sometimes the city doesn’t sleep. Sometimes it hums, flickers, and stares back at you in
through clanking pipes and gears. Sometimes, you just need to step inside the quiet and block out the noise. This space is for thoughts that wander, feelings that linger, and the moments that get lost between the noise. No promises. No instructions. Just a little room to breathe, observe, and maybe make sense of the chaos around and inside us.
Stick around if you want to see the city in slow motion. Or don’t. It’s your choice.
